In 2021, a tornado devastated the Church of the Resurrection in Dawson Springs, Kentucky. Despite the destruction, the parish created a makeshift chapel and vowed to rebuild. They enlisted artist Jeffrey Scott Poynter of The Glass Factory Inc., to create new sacred art. Poynter collaborated with the members of the rebuild committee on a stunning stained glass window depicting the Resurrection, symbolizing hope and renewal.
